Refund Policy - The Basics
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories intact

A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required

The product must not be customized or made-to-order
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns, not for change-of-mind purchases or if products are used/damaged by the customer.

If a return is initiated due to damage in transit, manufacturing defect, or wrong item shipped, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.

In case of a return initiated for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed), shipping or handling charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
